Hi EW,

I will try to answer your questions.....

1. Does the bowl stay full of water?

Only the very lower end of the bowl in the area of the trap stays filled with water. Still, these toilets are designed so that the bowl contents are washed down with each flush. I believe that they were designed with less water in the bowl than a seated-position toilet, due to splash-out problems that a bowl full of water would cause with these toilets, that is not a problem with a seated-position toilet.

2. What is the distance from the top of the toilet to the normal level of the water?

6- 3/4".

3. Can you provide approximate dimensions for the inside of the bowl? I wasn't able to figure that out from the dimensions on the website.

Yes, the inner dimensions are: 16- 3/4" long, 9- 1/2" wide, 5- 3/4" deep. (This is also available on pg. 3 of our specification sheet.)

4. Do you have any distributors near Oakland, CA? I would like to see one in person before buying, if possible.

Unfortunately we don't yet have any sales reps in the California area.

Hope these answers help.

Thanks,

Amy Chung
