| Replacements and Returns policy details: |
A.) General returns options and requirements: Any merchandise damaged during shipment and fully photo-documented within 14 days of receipt of merchandise by customer, may be replaced or refunded, at customer's discretion, at no additional charge. When replacing broken item, Blue Earth Ceramics (BEC) responsible for cost of shipping out of replacement. When returning merchandise for a refund, customer responsible for original shipping/ handling, plus return shipping, BEC to refund to customer payment received for actual merchandise, but not cost of any shipping and handling. Customer must notify BEC of such claim within 14 days of merchandise receipt by customer, and photo-documentation must be received by BEC by email or by mail, within 21 days of receipt of merchandise by customer. If photo-documented proof of functional defects in materials or workmanship provided within 5 years of purchase, replacement fixture will be shipped at BEC's expense.
B.) RMA requirements: Any customer desiring to return a product to BEC for any reason must first contact BEC by phone, and must first receive an "RMA" number (Return Merchandise Authorization number) from BEC. Should any merchandise be shipped for return without receiving an RMA number from BEC first, then any such shipment becomes ineligible for any related refund. All merchandise returned by customer with a BEC issued RMA number, and also being properly packed and shipped, will receive a reimbursement payment as noted above, within 14 business days of merchandise return receipt by BEC. |
